Failure to brush the teeth leads to proliferation of bacteria in the mouth. Food debris left in the mouth will promote growth and multiplication of bacteria, a potential cause of health problems.
– The golden rule is to brush your teeth twice every day using a soft bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste. It should take you two minutes to brush your teeth.
– Plaque accumulation when you do not brush will cause tooth decay and other irreparable damage to the structure of your teeth.
– Staining of teeth is yet another consequence of not brushing your teeth. Color from food and drinks will stain teeth if not brushed away.
Brush teeth twice a day for at least two minutes, in the morning before breakfast and in the evening before you go to sleep.
